“Mulberry Square have delivered on every level. We are thrilled with our new website, which we can update ourselves as much as we like. This has resulted in much more traffic to the site, which has really raised public awareness of the work we do.”

Diane Hardy, Inter Care

Background

Inter Care is a UK registered charity, which collects selected returned medicines from GP practices and redistributes them free of charge to a network of over one hundred health centres throughout seven desperately poor countries in sub-Saharan Africa.

Task

  • To ensure brand recognition and consistency across all of Inter Care’s marketing and communications
  • To develop the existing branding into a stronger, more fluid and recognisable structure
  • To design and develop a new website to further enhance the profile of the brand and attract more donations for the charity

Solution

  • Through consultation with the client, we were able to gain a deeper understanding of the brand and therefore develop it more fully
  • We developed a brand toolkit to ensure consistency of presentation both in print and online
  • We designed and developed a content managed website, which allows the clients to update the site themselves on a regular basis

Results

  • The Inter Care branding was enhanced and strengthened by our designers and is now much more recognisable to potential donators
  • The website is updated regularly by the charity which ensures fresh content to encourage repeat visits. This also keeps the charity’s costs to a minimum, allowing them to spend the money where it is most needed
  • Support for the charity has increased, enabling Inter Care to supply even more clinics in Africa
